Atrocious unprofessional redundant delay after delay

This company took 5 months to complete a refinance. There was a complete lack of communication and competence. I kept having to provide more info and refresh my file because they took so long. They had no sense of urgency and it seems to be a company of baboons trying to pass themselves off as professionals. They tried to force their title company down my throat and overall felt the company was shady. Stay away!
