President Jeannie Marrangeli extremely unprofessional, does not work well with customer service, does not conduct herself as a business woman, bad attitude

The Title insurance company that i was forced to use by fifth third bank is a local company right here in delay beach. The initial staff I dealt with was very friendly and professional. But when I was forced to speak with the supposed president of the company, a very unprofessional, and unpleasant woman named Jeanie Marrangeli, who claimed to be the owner of the title insurance company when I asked to speak to her manager, i felt disrespected and I feel I should receive a discount for the manner in which I was treated by this individual.

She claimed that my banker would not transfer my file to another title company because she had done the work, and deserved to be paid because she does not work for free? When I began the process of refinancing my house through fifth third I was told that I could choose my own title company, and yet I am told something different when I requested my file be transferred to another title company due to the lack of professionalism by exceptional title agency.

I am truly dissatisfied with the lack of customer service the supposed president of exceptional title agency has shown me... And I would appreciate it if fifth third mortgage company would appoint another title insurance company to help me with the refinance on my house.
