Broken agreement

After arranging alternative payments with this copany's customer relations representative, they went ahead an debited my checking account for the total amount. His was after I had already put a $200 payment and agreement to 4 more payments of 102.00. The tried to simply debit back the original $200 payment but the damage had been done to my checking account as they overdebited and caused e to receive additional charges. I am trying to get this company to live up to their rps agreement and now, cover the additinal charges they incored on my account because of their breaking of the agreement with the customer relations. Beware of this company and especially the poor communiction they have with consumers.
