Delay providing service - Sears in home service

Almost a month delay before in home rep available to complete repair of TV. Cancelled apt that was made 2 weeks ago for today and now not available untill Nov. 11. I have had to change work plans to accomadate Sears and customer Service was of NO help whatsoever. I would like a rep to come this week to complete the job.
