TV repair appointment cancelled, nearly month wait for in-home rep

Almost a month delay before in home rep available to complete repair of TV. Cancelled apt that was made 2 weeks ago for today and now not available until Nov. 11. I have had to change work plans to accommodate Sears and customer Service was of NO help whatsoever. I would like a rep to come this week to complete the job.
