Freedom Mortgage is a Rip Off - Refinance Home Loan

Stay Clear of them. My wife and I tried to refinance our home with a VA loan through them, after two months of doing paper work and faxing documents to them, they said we had to have a new appraisal done, we did and they sent out the appraiser which cost us over $450.00, and waited to hear from them, about two weeks later we get a call saying they need more paper work so we did that too, we kept being tolg this is it were down to the wire should close friday... Well there were a lot of (we are closing fridays) which never came. Then a week after that we get a call saying there was a mistake and we were not eligable for the loan, thats after we laid out over $550.00.. Frteedom mortgage said it shouldn't have gone this far. Sorry. I think they are in cohoots with this appraiser... Even the title company called me and said were waiting to sing the loan whats up... Soooooo if you dont mind wasting your time for months on end and paying out lots of your money only to be told oppps. Then call them. Other wise stay clear and warn others...
