Fraudulent Credit Account Opened in My Name, $235.79 Billed

Someone else opened a "Bill Me Later" account in my name on Dec 15th and used it to buy something for $132.65. PayPal and Bill Me Later have both refused to close the account. I explained everything on Feb. 13 to Jordan N., who promised to take care of it all, yet the bills keep coming. As of 4/11 they claim I owe $235.79. I do NOT owe that money, and this fraudulent scam has me extremely upset. I have reported it to IC3 as well.
