Fraudulent 3 AM purchase, open dispute, no phone help

PayPal is a ripoff. Do not use PayPal. Either PayPal is a ripoff or they have been hacked. I received emails from PayPal that my account had been credited and that a purchase was made by me. I never made the purchase, I had never heard of the company, and the time of the purchase was 3 am. I was sound asleep. I filed a dispute. I also tried to call and got the robot phone system.
I tried to delete the account and it was not allowed since there was this open fraudulent transaction. I called my bank and had them block all PayPal transactions. I also reported them to the bank's security center.
There is no reason in this day and age why a dispute cannot be settled instantly. There is no reason one should have to spend several minutes talking to a recording. Do not use PayPal. Do not give them any account information. Cancel your PayPal accounts. It is not safe or secure. They do not respond in a timely fashion. They do not man the phones. They do not do anything, except allow people to rip you off.
