Ripoff Paypal Fraud Fraudulant email re: paypal purchase to obtain credit card/paypal info

Bill Chang is at it again!!! In November I received an email regarding a Nokia phone I was supposed to have purchased using my Paypal account for $474.99 and which I was to ship to Bill Chang. This was an absolute error so I reported this to Paypal and to the financial institution tied to my Paypal account. Paypal confirmed it was a fraud. Today, I received ANOTHER of these emails, for the same amount, but this time the phone was to have been bought from Phones4U. I have reported it but please know, this person HAS NOT BEEN CAUGHT! Please be careful!
