Ripoff I have had nothing but problems with this company and rue the day they bought my loan

Our loan was sold to Aurora Loan Services last year and we got a little behind because I had a baby and didn't have any maternity leave pay. They were very rude and were not helpful other than putting us on a payment plan that raised our mortgage $ 400.00 a month for 8 months. We paid an extra $ 2,200.00 over what we were behind.

Then when I really looked at my statement it showed that I had $ 2,400.00 in my escrow account. My taxes are only $ 1,000.00 a year and my homeowners Insurance is $ 700.00 a year. The funny part was that they had already been paid for the year and I still have that much on there.

I have requested this be looked into for the last 2 months and still have not received any of the money back or an answer as to what is going on. I have had nothing but problems with this company and rue the day they bought my loan.
