Aurora is a monster ripoff and beats any other company on this site hands down

I bought my home from a loan company which made many good promises about the services they offer and excellent customer service skills. This was in mid 2003. Before I could settle and enjoy my new house I found out my loan was sold to Aurora Loan Services without my permission or even the decency to inform me. How greedy can people get.

Well, this was just the begining.in 2004 Aurora under the pretext of charging me for escrow (property taxes) tacked extra amount on my monthly payments which I paid regularly on time although this wasn't in my original contract. I was responsible for the prop tax payment but even then I did not argue.in 2005 I noticed that I was being overcharged in my escrow and demanded an immediate audit. They refused and when I paid them the amount I thought to be correct (Prop tax/12) they put the entire payment in suspense account and eventually I was sent a notice of foreclosure. I somehow borrowed some money and paid everything to be current.

Next year they sent me a refund check for the amount they had overcharged me but failed to remove the late fees they had tacked to my account. They refused to budge when I brought this to their attention. Now they have started a new thing again. Recently my insurance expired and they just added premium to my account at $450.00 a month when my premium is supposed to be $200.00 a month. I have already got my new insurance and have faxed them a copy. They said they will issue me a refund at a later date which I think will be next year or the year after. And of course you guessed it right. They have tacked me with late charges and put my entire payment in suspense account making it look like I owe them for two months now. Is there anything we can do about all this or will God have to come down on judgement day and punish them all. Lets join hands and sue this company and bring it down to earth.
