After Aurora took over our loan they said we were 38 months behind and ignored that we had $50,000 in cancelled checks

When Aurora Loan Services took over our loan they said we were 38 months behind in payments. We contacted Aurora and told them we had $50,000 in cashier checks that were paid out to the mortgage, we faxed Aurora all copies of the cashier checks and all FedEx shipment numbers. Aurora ignored everything, too much work, not our problem to check.

February they got our home! My wife and I are 60, and our disabled son that lives with us is 37, we worked all our lives and now we have no roof over our head!

If there is anyone that is considering a class action suit against Aurora Loan Services please contact me or add my name to the list.
