Card Balance Shifted Between Lenders Despite Payments Made

My story goes like this: I had several credit cards and could not afford to pay them all, so I went through the CCCS program. One of the cards was an Associates card with an approx. 3,500 dollar balance. Well, the account got shifted around like dirt in a wheelbarrow, and now it is with Citibank.

The balance now is approx. 2,500.00, but I have paid over 4000.00 on the account. I have called them several times to discuss MY concerns, but what I get is "you did not pay on time, we did not get a proposal from CCCS." Yet and still, I have records of over 4,00.00 in payments that were paid to them and their parent companies.

I asked for a settlement, but they say no can do, for I am not permanently disabled. I asked them to reach my account to find out where the problem lies. No response was given. This is why I say I have been ripped off, torn up and just taken to the cleaners, not only by them but by First USA too. So let us get rid of these money leeches so America can afford to have credit once again.
