Owed a bill I couldn't pay, this company tries to collect. I am willing to work it out. Got a call to settle amount on account. Original debt over $200. They say make one payment for $50.00 and then one more payment of $90.50. Gave two checks over phone. First check cashed. Then one week after I that I get bill for remaining balance of over $150. Wait that was not the agreement. So second check due to be cashed I made sure it bounced. I did try to contact them several times.

That 800 number on the statements are bogus. 800-709-8625, some fake answering maching, can never talk to a person. So sure enought they called at work today. Rude and over agressive. I asked if they could contact me at home. They wouldn't have it. So i hung up after letting them know that I let the check bounce. (that was only for my benefit. They dont care) I filed a complaint with the BBB tonight. I want to stick to my agreement, not get lied and used so that this company can profit off of others bad luck. And to the poor employees you can be a bill collector but have some self respect and not a thief.
