I have just received a BOGUS contact us to take advantage of an offer to settle an account' lette

The letter they sent me:

"Dear,
Please contact us to take advantage of an offer to settle the above account. You can pay a total of $6651.35 (50% of the above balance), in up to 3 monthly payments. This offer may expire without notice. Before making payment, please confirm with one of our representatives that this offer has not expired. You may also make payment by visiting us online at www.ncofinancial.com.

Should you choose not to accept this offer, your account balance may be periodically increased due to the addition of accrued interest or other charges as provided in your agreement wiht the original creditor or as otherwise provided by state law. Thsi is an attempt to collect a dept. All information will be used for that purpose. This is a communication from a debt collector."

No mention of who the creditor was or what it was in reference to. I've been married far too long for something like this to even make sense. I DO NOT OWE this $13302.71 debt... This is BOGUS!!!
