Harassment & Threat of Subpoena

I received a call at work that a co-worker intercepted. I called back to see what it was about. I talked to Mr Lee who advised me that there was a $3135 debit on an old Capitol One visa that they were collecting on. This card was paid off in a judgement and garnishment in 2006 and is listed as such on my credit report.

Mr Lee stated that this debit he was collecting was not listed on my credit report and that the last payment was made in 2009. My card was written off by Capitol One many years earlier and no payment has been made for at least 6 years. He also stated that I would be served at my home address. I say bring it on Kev, I will win in court because you are legally wrong.
