On may 18, a woman named Roxanne left me a message stating that she was with W P Group and she was calling to inform me of a formal complaint that had been filed against me, she left the number 657-857-4701 and a case number I needed to reference when I called them back. Today, another woman called from a blocked number who informed me that court papers were going to be served at my home and again gave me the same phone number and case number. I finally goggled W P Group and found these complaints, I read them and I have to say they are using the same threatening tactics on me. Seven weeks ago I was involved in a pedestrian/vehicle accident and I am currently under a doctor's care. These people could have not picked the worst time to harass me in such a threatening matter. Before my accident I found out my credit report had major problems due to another SS#, DOB, addresses and lastly employment that do not relate to me being listed on it. I know I have work to do on my credit report however at this time my health is priorty W P Group should not be allowed to call people up and use such threatening and harassing tactics.
