Threatened at Work

A guy called "Mr Lee" left a message at work stating if I did not want to be served at work, I had better call him concerning a court case. He left a number for me to call. He was very rude to co worker. I called when I got home and got this women. She said that she was not sure what the man said to my co worker, but asked for the number. She said that I was being served a warrant and that I owed on a credit card bill.

I had filed bankruptcy back in 2002 and got a credit card after that and she said that was fraud and by doing that they could come after both debts. Than she said they were contacting my other creditors and telling them about me. She said they were going to take 25% of my paycheck and whatever other leans they could do. She said that I owed almost $5000 plus another $2599 in court costs and legal fees. But they woud settle the whole thing for $1000 if I sent it within 24 hours. If I didn't they would call me employer and anyone else they wanted.
