Washinton Mutual behaves like thugs

Long story. Bottom line, after WM sucked up our mortgage from a firm that just wanted out of the fi-biz, they committed a major series of screw-ups that could only have occurred because top management wanted it that way.

WM, having misread a check we sent in August spent three months trying to figure out what they did wrong. Then, having been paid everything owed them after someone in their (dis) organization finally figured it out, did what any cheap thug might do - they submitted a derogratory report to the credit rating agencies. Very Mafioso!

If anybody out there has had a similar experience with these money grubbing, sweaty little bastards, please let us know. We are going to take them to court, of course. But aside from that, we would appreciate any stories that would help us shame these sob's in the media.
