Washington mutual is the worst mortgage co... Enclosed is the 20th letter I have written them...

Hello, last year Washington Mutual Hired a law firm by the name of Moss, Codilis LLP 6550 Greenwood Plaza Blvd.

On October 08.2003 to be exact papers were delivered via UPS. To myself

The agreement was between myself (solely)
& Washington Mutual Bank..

A loan servicing agent for the VA had sent me a letter which released my X wife from liability. I had sent Washington Mutual Bank, Divorce decree, Quit claim deed & a copy of the letter from the VA, last June.
Which is all mute because the loan modification was signed and prepared by Washington Mutual Bank & myself (Solely) on Oct. 09.2003

It seems that Washington Mutual Bank is having some problem with updating their accounts. My wife has written & called them numerous times, asking for a monthly statement, and updated information. It has been 10 months since the loan modification, and I have yet to receive any updated information, or a monthly statement.
I am writing to you today, as my X wife is in the process of attempting to purchase a home of her own. Supposedly her credit report still lists her as being a Joint holder of the mortgage with Washington mutual...

This situation has now become a great source of stress, as my X wife is involving my Father & Mother complaining to them that her credit report still lists her as joint debtor, and that she was under the impression that she was released from the liability.
