Ruined my credit rating ripoff Seattle, WA

I worked hard to maintain an excellent credit rating and high credit scores. It all ended when I became a WASHINGTON MUTUAL CUSTOMER.

My mortgage was purchased by Washington Mutual. At first I didn't think anything of it until I started experiencing problems; slow processing of my mortgage payments to my account, poor customer service (not getting answers to questions) and no response to correspondence. One day while at work, I called WaMu's customer service while viewing my account online, to see if I could make payments online (many of my friends do with their mortgage companies) The service person answering the phone had no clue, I'm new. So I asked for a supervisor or anyone that knew. I was told no one was around.

While still on Wamu website, I clicked contact us and send an email inquiring.

The email response I received the next day was contact customer service. Well, that exercise was cyclical!

So I tried a final time by writing a letter. I never received a response.

I kept making my payments monthly via mail, many times paying extra towards principle. Each month I monitored when the payments cleared my bank via online banking.
All was good so I thought, until I applied for a major credit card. A few weeks later, I received a letter stating I was denyed because of information obtained from the credit bureau I obtained a copy of my credit report. Washinton mutual reported me as being 9 times over thirty days late with my payments.

how could that be. I have all my cancelled checks for each month. I wrote the credit bureau for an investigation, supplying copies of my checks and they did nothing!

My credit rating is ruined! Now, I'll never be able to refinance and leave Washington Mutual.
I need this situation corrected and Washington Mutual's not answering.
