Ripoff failed to respond to reports of fraudulent use of credit card

MBNA has a credit card business. During July, August and September of we were billed for many ATM transactions, in which our credit card was charged. Some of the charges were legal, the credit card used and funds were collected by either my wife or myself.
MOST of the charges were illegal and our card or card number used to withdraw funds fraudulently. We were unaware of these thefts until we received our monthly statement.

We documented the transactions. We identified those which were legal and which ones were fraudulent. Those which were legal, that is transacted by us were paid in full on time. Those which were illegal and fraudulent were identified, notarized and signed as being fraudulent. These were put into manilla envelopes and mailed by certified mail to MBNA. We have the return receipts, having been returned by the USPS. One envelope was signed for on 15 Sept. The other was signed for on Oct 9. THIS WAS ALL DONE WITHIN LEGAL TIME LIMITS.

So far as we know, little or nothing was done with this detailed information. We did receive a letter on 28 April saying that they had investigated three (3) false charges.

We are to receive credit for 3 out of dozens of illegal transactions. O Yeah, they failed to credit the three $5.00 transaction charges. MBNA did find time to turn in a report to a gredit agency stating that we were delinquent. We are also being harassed by a collection agency. Repeated phone calls either get a runaround or a statement that someone started to investigate the situation "Yesterday".
RIGHT. After 7 months, after giving a bad credit report and turning us over to collection agency wolves.
