Ripoff fraudulently charged my credit card for a membership

On February 24, My Perfect Credit, Inc charged my MBNA Mastercard $9.95 for a membership which I did not authorize. I called MBNA to disputre the charges, and they immediately reversed them.

The following month, My Perfect Credit, Inc, once again charged me $9.95. After repeated attempts to get through to customer service, I finally spoke to someone at My Perfect Credit, and was told to email a cancelllation request to them. After emailing the request (for a membership whcih I never authorized), My Perfect Credit responded with an email stating that I would be charged a $29.95 "bank issuance fee." I responded with an email notifying My Perfect Credit that I would be disputing the charges and reporting them to the appropriate agency.

I have not heard from My Perfect Credit again, but I have a feeling that this is far from over. I would think that the fact that I have not used or activated my credit card in years would mean something. I will mention that to MBNA when I phone them.
