I'm writing this report while I am waiting on the phone for them to answer..."All of our customer service representatives are currently helping other members, so please hold. Our representative will be with you shortly."... Their usage of the work "shortly" is almost as irritating as this bogus/illegal charge to my credit card!
This is the second charge of this type, but last month it was on a different MBNA credit card. Coincidence or potential security problem with MBNA???!!! I plan to cancel my cards with MBNA just to be sure.
