It was worth all the pain

I recently went thru 6 months of hell to refinance with BOA from July 2- to January 4 of this year and was denied for no real reason. I complained to the anyway that would listen including the CEO office and to their credit they did contact me and eventually persuaded me to re-apply with the promise that things would be different this time.
I did close my loan on March 24 after reapplying on Jan11 and was treated with respect and courtesy and have to say that BOA is changing their ways and putting people first. I appreciate feeling like I matter. Thank you
