Refinance Passed Between Seven People Then Denied

I applied for a refinance loan on the 8th of October of from that time until the 27 of January I was passed or called by 7 different people and sent someone else's loan information and then denied the loan. It was the most unprofessional service that I have ever been involved in. I am in the process of closing all my accounts with B of A.
