Declaration of charges

When I hired a van from you I was charged £250 deposit. I had no idea this money had gone out of my account until I checked my bank statement. I was told this was on your T&C’s and so it might be but I still expect to be told on the confirmation email of this charge. This should be more visible on your web site.in addition, you also took £49.72 from my account without telling me. When I enquired I was told this was for an ‘Admin charge of £25 because I didn’t fill the van up plus fuel. I only did 30 miles in the van so this is just a rip off.
