A1 National Van Hire SCAMMERS - A1 Van rental

Hired a van from A1 National Van Hire a month ago. When they collected the van we were told that the money for the £250 deposit would be back in our account in 3-4 working days. A month later and the money has not arrived. Despite numerous phone calls and being told that the money was being processed, we still have not received it. I have spoken to the same guy 3 times (john) to ask about my money - the deadline was given as today & it still has not appeared. When I called to speak to him I was told he was on the phone, on lunch & then that he didnt exist. When I threatened legal action I was told I might as well do that. They are all a bunch of thieves.
