Ip offs! - Broker for vehicle hire

Never Never Never hire a van from these people! They dont tell you about the hidden vat charges, they say unlimited mileage, but charge you money at a later date for it! I was also charged £70 fuel charge but refilled it with over £70 on return... They asked me to prove that i had filled the van up! I also paid a £10 charge to waver the deposit but ended up paying £250 anyway! Called them up 2 weeks later to get my refund and they say my bank rejected it!!! They then had the cheek to pass the buck to europe car! They have no address listed and told me to email their customer service, still waiting on my refund but my bank has passed it to their fraud team as i never authorised the amount they took! Watch this space... Please dont give these people your hard earned money!!!
