Fraudsters - Didn't return our £500 deposit for van hire in September - VAN HIRE

I wish too that I had read the reviews about this company before using them! We hired a van from them for a weekend in September. They took an extra £500 depost that has never been returned. They don't answer the phone or reply to emails. I have just heard a review about them on national radio! What a bunch of fraudsters!
