Ripoff Deceptive practices, improper fees, false late reporting

After being put on hold for 14 minutes, a representative answered the line and began a great job of double-talking and fixing blame.

I have automatic electronic payments made from my bank to Bank One. The payment was set up for Feb. 17 and Bank One purposely posted it on Feb. 18 making it a day late, thus charging me a $29.00 late fee. Their representative tried to convince me that it took two days for an electronic payment. He advised me to take it up with my bank. If they receive it on the 17th, it's their money on that date. Regardless, of the day they choose to post it.

Bank One has done a poor job servicing their customers and their rude employees is a symptom of that problem

This situation is going to be passed on to the Attorney General of New York and his office is mandated to investigate it.
