Poor service!

My complaint with GE MONEY BANK is that when they bought my account from Capitol One they did not tell their customers that they would be post dating payments, for the purpose of creating late fees/charges, until after you go through and set up your first payment, click submit, then a message appears. "your payment will be held for two business days ". I was making it on the due date. No information in the account statement said anything about payments being post dated. Just the message after the payment had already been posted. Does anybody know their fax number?
