I was a past client of World Finance since 2006 and finish paying off in 2007. Though my payments were minimum I would always pay more than what it was requested. Up until this 2011 I would receive numerous letters inviting me to have loan with them.

Two days ago I called and was willingly to ask for 300 dollars. The one that answer my call was the manager Humberto Sanchez. He told me he would return my call in 30 minutes to let me know. He never did. Next day I called in to find out the status. Once again Mr. Sanchez answer my phone call. He then told me within 1 hour he would let me know. What type of ethics are this from Mr. Sanchez?

I use to file my income tax at World Finance. At first many individuals were waiting. This last time that I filed not many people showed up lile years before. He seems to lack respect and work ethics in his job.
