Truck Repossessed Without Notice Despite Small Past-Due Amount

This company stole our car. We have paid off over half of the loan on our 2002 Sonoma and today, without any notice at all, our truck was repossessed. When I tried to reason with someone that the payment to catch up was less than $700, they talked to me like I was dirt. The witch Rosaline, would not let me talk, talking over me, belittling me, lying about certified letters we never got, lying about sending people to our house, who supposedly showed up on a day when I know we were home and would have certainly opened our door to see if anyone was wishing to speak with us or if anyone left a letter or note on our door.
I have read the other posts concerning this company and we all sound the same. Why can we not file a class-action lawsuit against these thieves. We have pretty much went through all the problems most people complain of. My husband is very ill, in a wheel chair from multiple sclerosis and we need a truck so we can make the 5 hour trips so he can get his monthly infusions. Please someone has to know how we can all band together and go against this company.
