Chase Auto Finance, JP Morgan Chase Bank I have filed complaints with the Attorney General's Office, BBB, and FTC. You should too!

I was three weeks late with my car payment, and I am typically a little late every month. I am never 30 days late however. My payment was due 9/19 and I paid it on 10/13.in the mean time, I was receiving phone calls every hour, on the hour. They had called my immediate family, an aunt and uncle who are never on any financial information of mine as contacts, beneficiaries, etc. And they even tracked down my step-father whom I have not seen in 20 years, and his first wife who I hardly know to try to locate me.
When I found this out, I was beyond mad and called them to find out their protocals for their collection practices and was berated for not making my car payment (s) on time, was told they were going to come get my car) and was critcizing my interest amount (it's high). I spoke to six different people, was hung up on, and yelled at by the un-educated jackass on the other end of the phone. The calls happen every month if my payment is not made on the due date they start harassing me. I will never do any sort of business with them again.
I have filed complaints with the Attorney General's office, the Better Business Bureau, and the Federal Trade Comission. If anyone knows of any other places to go to file complaints please respond and let me know and I will pursue that as well. I would also encourag anyone who has had a similar situation in dealing with this joke of a company to file complaints with the enitities I listed also. It will only help. If there are anyone filing any legal judgements against them I would also be interested in taking part in that as well.
