Weekly Card Offers and $1,340 Deposit Credited to Another Client

Citibank harassed me for 6 months by sending me unwanted credit card applications every week. I asked them numerous times to stop this annoying practice, but they continued harassing me.

I got fed up, so I contacted the Federal Reserve, and they requested that Citibank stop. I have been a Citibank member for 5 years, and I have never used a deposit slip when depositing at the ATMs inside Citibank. As a reprisal against me, Citibank credited $1,340 to another client. I had the ATM receipt, so they have to credit the money they tried to steal from me. They also charged me $60 for bouncing checks that I wrote against the $1,340 I thought was in my account.

This never happened to me before, not until I complained about Citibank. They were ordered to return my $60 and send two apology letters, but you really wonder how this can be possible.
