That Rochelle was the rudest person I have ever talked to! She hung up on me in mid-sentence! I didn't even get to finish what I was saying. The other woman who answered the phone was extremely condescending. It's idiots like that this that never learned customer service skills! I would NEVER to business with these awful people! I called back and she hung up on me within the first 2 words and she never even knew what I was calling about! Whatever you do, DO NOT BUY YOUR Insurance here!
