Gary Hughes agency awful customer service

Do not use this agent or agency! The girl that answers the phone is awful. She's unprofessional and incompetent. I got into an accident that was not my fault and had trouble getting authorization from State Farm (which is both my auto insurance company and his). When I contacted Gary Hughes office the girl Joley that answers the phone would not put me through to my agent then told me there was nothing they could do for me. When I told her that was unacceptable she got nasty and ultimately hung up on me. When I finally got in touch with Gary he told me that Joley told him what happened and I was basically to blame for the disagreement! Zero customer service! Just awful! Plus never got resolution for te issue I called about. They stink!!
