Farmers Insurance - Alan Pavey - Calvin Campbell
Farmers Insurance, Alan Pavey, agent and Calvin Campbell, claims adjuster are rude scam artists!

I was in an accident with one of Mr. Pavey's insureds who was at fault for hitting my car. At the scene of the accident the person who hit me admitting to hitting my car and apologized for it. We exchanged insurnace info. *Warning*-first mistake we both had Farmers as Insurance.

I got to work and called her agent Mr. Pavey and told him what happened and that his insured admitted to hitting my vehicle and I was calling to put in a claim. He told me that a person would be out in two days to look at my cars damage and take photos. After hanging up with Mr. Pavey the person who hit my car called me at work and apologized for hitting my car & told me to have a good day. I told her that her agent Mr. Pavey was going to contact her regarding her hitting and damaging my car.

Well, days go by with no call backs from anyone at all at Farmers so I decide to call her agent back to see what is going on and he rudely blew me off and gave me a claims# to call and hung up on me. I called the claims# Mr. Pavey gave me to call and left several messages for a Calvin Campbell a calims adjuster and he never returned my calls. Mr. Campbell finally called me back after I went to my agent to have him handle this.

My agent called Calvin and did not get an answer so he left him a message also. Calvin finally called me back a day later and told me that the person who hit my car has changed her story after seeing her agent Mr. Alan Pavey (Scamer) who obviously told her to lie.

THREE WEEKS LATER still no one has even come out to look at my damaged vehicle. Farmers has done nothing for me. The victim gets screwed. This is what happens when you get involved with another Farmers insured you are basically screwed. Farmers Insurance agent Mr. Alan Pavey's business practices need to be looked into. He hung up on my and my Fiance and was rude to my agent and told him to stop bothering him. As I read the other complaints I see this seems to be Farmers normal practice when it comes to both parties having Farmers Ins.

So, *BEWARE* if you both have Farmers Insurance and are involved in an accident you are basically screwed. This could happen to you! Three weeks later I am still getting the run around from Farmers.
