Awful!

My experience with hh gregg was awful. Fist of all, hey hung up on my elderly grandmother fir... Then they took money out of the bank account and still said I had NO pending orders for my dishwasher. So when I had to follow up with customer service, after waiting 30 mins on hold I got NO answers!
This is not what a family run business should be. It is poorly ran, customer service is despicable.

I will never do business with them again.
