Calls to workplace when payment is eight days late

If you are 8 days late on a payment this company will call your work until you answer them. They refuse to accept any reason. They always add the payment due for the upcoming month to your bill in advance and try to tell you that you owe that amount. Don't get a loan with this company, you will be very sorry. I get 6 to 10 calls a day for being 9 days behind. This company will never get a loan from me again. I would not be with them except they bought out HSBC.
