Constant marketing calls after loan paid off and title received

We paid off our car loan in full and received the title for it. Not 2 weeks went by before Santander started constantly calling to tell us about their other services, etc. Told them on the phone and through an email that we weren't interested and to stop calling. The calls continue to come daily and I'm about ready to lose it! I just contacted my state do not call registry as we are on the do not call list and I have filed a complaint. I don't know what else to do at this point. This company is like a nightmare! I have paid off vehicles in the past and have NEVER received any calls from any other loan company... Santander thrives on harassment apparently. Next step is to change my phone number!
