They charged over-draft fees for items that have not cleared but are "on hold". These charges caused me to overdraw. $90 for 3 items totalling less than $20. Also, no one can explain why my payroll

Security 1st Credit Unioncharged me over-draft fees for items that had not even cleared but were"on-hold". $90 for 3 items totally less than $20 which caused chaos to my account because my payroll direct deposit didn't post on time.

Also, no one can explain why it didn't post when it was supposed to even though a second direct-deposit to a different bank did post on time.

All they told me was that it is beyond their control. Some customer service and I've banked there for over 25 years.

Time to change.
