Poor Customer Service

Overseas call center, difficult to understand dialects. They have no email access so you have to call to discuss your account. They changed due date after a payment was set up resulting in a late fee. They agreed to refund $10 of a $40.00 late fee. Not a company I feel like dealing with again.
