Terrible customer service. We missed the due date for a payment. We immediately paid the amount due 8 days later. Our next bill had a late fee. Fine. We were late and paid. Following bill had another late fee. We called and the customer service representative, Narayan, was totally clueless and rude. When asked whey were were getting a second late fee she said we were delinquent for 2 months. I had all bank statements for the last 6 months in front of me and asked which months we were late. She told me about the July late payment. I agreed. Then asked about the second late payment. She made up a lie and said we were late for August as well. I said I have a bank statement that shows you received payment on the 13th, 2 days before the due date. She just kept insisting that we were delinquent on numerous payments and should pay the late fee. Very rude individual who needs more training. I will never do business with this company again. I'm going to close this account as soon as possible and will never do business with companies that use GE Money for credit cards.
