Bank Of America Mortage
Gave me a home loan modifiction and now closed it due to no documents. Yes they were faxed from there bank?

Went through my 3 month trial period with bank of america made my payments on time. I recieved my final papers and i called boa asked if they had to be signed by a notary public they said no not if you live in michigan. 3 weeks later i get a letter saying yes they have to be signed. So i called bao, boa they said they can be faxed so i went to a bank of america and had them faxed my signed documents to the fax number i was provided. Then the next day i called boa and talked to flelisa coleman 877-445-9076 ext 31488 from boa she said o yes we have them everything is ok.

Now i got a letter saying we are unable to offer you a workout at this time because we did no sign and return the modificiation documents mailed on december 8. I called her back and now she doesn't rember it is now jan 232 () and they call them the hope team yeah i hope they lose there house. I need a lawer) greg waterford michigan
