ERSolutions, Inc is a bogus collection agency or they just dont care that their system makes this many mistakes. I received a notice in the mail from them stating i had a negative balance at paypal inc. Now the funny thing is that i contacted paypal after i looked online and they had zero balance, not negative just zero. So i checked online an found a bunch of other people that have the same letter about paypal. Then i decided to call ERS and they ask for your ss#, Hmmm sounds a little fishy so i didnt proceed. I will probably try to report them to the fraud agency and the FTC because im just tired of scams. If you receive a letter just call paypal.
