Still Trying to Take Payments from Closed Bank Account

I opened a new bank account at a different bank and made sure all was good a few days later. I went to PayPal and changed all of my continued accounts, waited a few days, and followed up with PayPal to confirm that all was good, and they did say it was.

So I closed out my TCF National Bank account because they kept charging me fees, as shown in documentation they provided me. They said they should not have been doing this to begin with. Per TCF National Bank, any additional electronic payments will be paid and then sent to the collection agency for overdraft fees and collection fees. I just left with the completed paperwork at that point.

I found out later that PayPal was still trying to get payments not from the new bank account that was set up but from the closed bank account, even though PayPal said, "Oh sure, all the future payments will be taken out of the new bank." But like I said, they were not. PayPal emailed me a worthless letter to send to TCF Bank to waive overdraft fees and so on. TCF stated they do not care.

Do not just take my word for it. Go to Google and type in PayPal complaints. WOW! Need I say more?!
