Failure to service loan Modification

I've read some although not all the grievances on below regarding CitiMortgage and also have an identical tale to talk about. I'm sick and tired of a sizable companies disappointment to support my mortgage loan modification after 15 weeks of backwards and forwards garbage we'd decided d a lowered cost (360.00 decrease) and we've been producing that cost for 8 weeks now. YOU KNOW WHAT? I obtain a telephone call from their store (CitiMortgage) a week ago to inform me my mortgage loan modification has "TIMED-OUT"! Exactly what the heck does which means that? I've to begin the procedure once again plus they need all of the back funds (THEY explained to not spend) (360.00 per month) first to create everything present...

Iam getting my email on below to gather just as much ammunition as possible to probable begin a class-action suit against them... I, for-one am mad as hell and honestly not going to go anymore... After speaking with our relative who's a large wig for another main lender (I've TO PROTECT HER ID IN ADDITION TO THE ORGANIZATION SHE WORKS FOR, FOR OBVIOUS REASONS) and he or she stuffed me in about the LATEST FRAUD these banks and mortgage businesses are operating... It'll surprise you but not likely shock you...
