I've been not able to create my mortgage transaction since May. I've experienced connection with Citimortgage for around 3 months currently looking to get financing change. Every time I consult with them I notice exactly the same tale, "we're focusing on an agenda for you..." (I am paraphrasing below, however, you obtain the concept...)

So here we're, today another month passed by, without any mortgage loan modification strategy actually offered in my experience, and Citimortgage has permitted my escrow to become consumed alive by my PMI insurance, and today there's nevertheless some cash in my own escrow, although not enough to pay for my fees or property owners insurance!

Our ideas, I've PMI insurance so Citimortgage DOESN'T HAVE PURPOSE of providing me financing change (despite the fact that I actually do qualify), alternatively they would like to consume my escrow right down to cents, then foreclose... This can not be authorized, manages to do it?

To Get A mortgage business to have a large handout in the authorities, then not provide customers a snowballs change in heck of preserving their houses... Whoa, exactly what a nation and exactly what a business...
