Refuse to Honor term of my mortgage modification they purchased from citimortgage

After finishing Financing Change with CitiMortage Nationstar bought my mortgage. Despite the fact that I've the mortgage modificationn files which were signed-off by Fannie Mae and CitiMortgage, the acount quality supervisor Michele claims they hve didn't RECOGNIZE the conditions of the mortgage loan modification. They're threatening when I don't create the cost I skipped, despite the fact that I've paperwork from CitiMortgage showing the cost was created based on the conditions of the change, they'll start foreclosure methods. They hace destroyed my credit! They're currently performing a lot more like a terrositic collection company. I want any guidance and help available. I'm processing a using the Federal Trade Commission, the Attorney-General and Fannie Mae!
